In May, 2007 The Bistro opened it's doors as an Espresso Cafe.
It has since morphed into an eclectic Bistro offering much more than amazing espresso and coffee drinks. You can now enjoy Prescott's Best Pizzas along with the freshest of Organic Greens Salads and additional lunch specialties. The Bistro is also opened for Dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings and serves Specialty Dinners on Saturday nights..

About Veritas Wines:
Veritas Wines opened its doors a few months later and specializes in hand selected quality wines in every price point. Veritas' "Trapper Claude" Value Catch Wines range from $3.99 - $7.95 and are excellent hand selected value wines that beat any similarly priced wines hands down for quality in their price point. around the world.
